His experience has brought him to all continents, observing the same difficulties companies have in quickly and accurately identifying talent while encouraging feedback and recognition. Michael is American, has lived throughout the US, London and Paris. He currently lives on the Mediterranean island of Malta where he enjoys renovating old properties in his spare time.
