TAKEN is a captivating and thrilling book. I read it in one sitting and I couldn't get enough. This is a really exciting page turner.' I love Benji and Rachel's relationship. I was so excited to read what happened between them in this book. I also loved how the book ended - now the possibilities of their relationship are endless. I'm so excited to see what will happen between them next. I also really relate to Rachel because she is a down to earth teen. She goes through trials and tribulations just like I do. I can't wait to see what happens to her in the next book. Thank you and keep writing these amazing books.

Well, well, well how shall I write this review without making in a novel of its own? Two rival families where Scafoni’s seem to have some powerful hold of the Willow’s so they can come and pick which daughter they want and once they have her all bets are off and they can basically do whatever pleases them to the girls. This blurb alone was enough to get my attention but it wasn’t after I started reading it that I was wondering WHAT WAS THIS?!? To say my jaw was on the floor and my heart was about to stop any second for the first half of the book would be a huge understatement. I was asking myself why would Natasha Knight even write a story like this. A story that is so complex, compulsive and questionable. I had my answer by the time I got to the end and it’s so clear that she has created another magnificent, addictive story full of angst, twists but also love underneath it all. Sebastian & Helena are such a power couple but they aren’t aware of it themselves. I might not be a psychic but I can see their future clear as crystal!!! Their connection is so strong and full of sparks I felt it to my bones. I love love love love LOVE this story so much it drives me insane and I am not sure if that’s a good or a bad thing since I am craving book 2 more than my next breath now! That twist at the end has me thinking of it every second of everyday and I welcome it all since I can’t seem to be able to shake it off me and move on. This is an ABSOLUTE must read so to say that I had to call my BFF on her vacay in London and tell her all about it might or might not be true (It totally is tho). So if you want to read both books at once you can wait 2 weeks or so but if you are like me and love the sweet suffering in waiting of it all you should definitely read it NOW!

Taken is the start of a new Duet from Natasha Knight. And what a freaking start. You have two families that have for generations been part of each other one way or another. Every generation the Scafoni oldest gets to pick a "Willow Girl" out of the daughters. This year Helena is chosen. She has done everything she could think of to make sure she was not chosen. Now that she is to serve the Scafoni for three years- one year with each brother. Helena has to stay strong for her soul. This is a dark read, that might have some triggers. But man is it well worth it. I can't wait to see what Torn brings.

Four daughters set upon a stump to be auctioned off like livestock. A debt must be paid but only one Willow girl is taken as payment. Three years to be used at the pleasure of the Scafoni sons. The chosen belongs to three Scafoni sons now, one year with each son, Owned… Used… Theirs to break…but will she survive ? And if she does, what will be left of her body, mind and soul ? Previous generations of Willow girls have come home, but they were never quite the same. There are dark secrets, there is family betrayal…who is good, who is wrong, will any of them survive the cycle of hate? This is book one in the Dark Legacy Duet. It’s dark and leaves you hanging, but this is an emotional thrill ride you don’t want to pass up.

This was my first read by Natasha Knight. And it won't be my last. This book was dark and intense. Will have you on the edge of your seat and flipping through the pages. Knight will take you on a roller coaster of emotions. I wasn't sure whether I supposed to love or hate Sebastian. I really enjoyed Helena's character. Even though she was in a vulnerable state. She showed so much strength. And stood up for herself. Things were just getting good and then...…….. Yep you guessed it. There's a cliffhanger. But thankfully we don't have to wait that long for book 2.

Whoa - that was not the cliffhanger I thought would happen. I wasn't sure what it would be, but that wasn't in the realm. So, so good though! One Willow girl has been given the Scafoni boys for generations. She spends one year with each of the sons, and then goes home again. Helena was sure she wouldn't be chosen, yet she was, and first born, first up, is Sebastian. She expects the worse, and it isn't pleasant, yet, she knows it could be worse, and probably will get worse. The unexpected heat between her and her captor takes her off guard, but she can't deny it, deny him, and his demands. It conflicts within her, but she is choosing the devil she knows for the time, until she can figure something out Just when things seem to be going one way, they get turned in the wind. It appears the worst will happen sooner than she thought. And it looks like history will repeat itself with her, not end. I need the rest of the story because this was awesome and I have to know how this turns out, pretty please!

Everyone has different likes and dislikes. Having said that this book did not capture my attention as i would have like it to, i got bored very easily and found it hard to keep reading.
