5.0 Star Review Tempting Love (Cowboys & Angels #3) by Kelly Elliott This has to be one of my favourite series and is Mitchell Parker and Corina Miller’s story. If I could give this book more then 5 stars I sure would. I am so in love with this series by Kelly Elliott. This was one of those books I wanted to take slowly to savour the story and yet I found myself riveted to the book and kept on reading, just one more chapter. I loved the banter between Mitchell and his brothers and sisters; their scenes together made for some snort worthy moments throughout the book. In fact I will never look at smurfs in the same way again. As with the previous books in the series, Chloe just about stole the show with her goats and her amazing ideas and party planning; she really is an awesome little girl, heaven help the entire family when she grows up. Mitchell has always been a love them and leave them kind of guy, that is until a one night stand with school teacher Corina leaves him stunned and wanting so much more. Scared because this has never happened to him, he does the one things he knows how to do and that is run, hurting Corina badly in the process. Fast forward some time and he begins to see that that decision may well cost him the only woman he has ever spent the entire night with and the only woman he has ever developed true feelings for. Can Mitch get through the wall that Corina has built around herself? Will Corina give Mitch a second chance? One click Tempting Love and find out. Honestly if I could be adopted by the Parker family I most assuredly would, it really is like coming home when I read a book in this series. The next book is about Waylynn and I know I won’t be disappointed.

Tempting Love is Book 3 in the Cowboys and Angels Series and just when you think it can’t get any better Kelly Elliott gives us another 5 Star read featuring the Parker siblings, this is another sweet, sexy and swoony second chance romantic read. Tempting a love is Mitchell and Corina’s story, this is a couple that are meant to be together but both are determined not to give in to their feelings, Mitchell is a ladies man that doesn’t seem to spend more than one night with any women will Corina be able to change that....what happens when feelings and emotions that have never been felt before by Mitchell start to mess with his head. Guess you need to read the book to get the whole story. I love the Parker siblings and as I said for me each book is getting better than the last if that’s possible, I loved watching this couple go on their journey of love and I loved watching them grow as feelings came into play. This is a beautifully written love story with a perfect ending and I’m really looking forward to more from the Parker clan.

Oh, Mitchell Parker, you surpassed Steed and Wade to quickly become my favorite in this series! I am not sure anyone can top you! Corina should have never given you a chance after your first mess up, but the heart wants what the heart wants! I am forever grateful she did give you a second chance and that her house burnt down! I know that is mean right, but hey it started the ball rolling between you two. Your love story started in book 1 and I loved how we had glimpses up until book 3. Then you two took off. Your love for Corina and family really made me fall in love with you even more. It might have taken you a minute to pull your head together, but it was a joy to see your HEA come full circle.

Another amazing read. Love the story of Corina and Mitchell. I really love and it humorous how the goat and Milo is apart of it all.

I love everything about this series! The Parker siblings are amazing and each of their stories unique and you can't help but fall in love with them. You first meet Corina and Mitchell in book 1,but each of these stories can be read as a standalone. If you're like me though, you want to read them all and in order. Corina and Mitchell have always had this unique relationship and sexual chemistry that you can just feel coming out of the book. So, when we finally get Mitchell's story, I couldn't have been happier with how it went. Mitchell is one thick headed individual. He has these serious feelings for Corina, but his own hesitations and reasons behind not wanting a relationship and hurting Corina. But you want to seriously SMACK him upside the head when reading because he such a man about things and you hurt for Corina and Mitchell's stupidity. Corina is this amazing person who you can't help but love and want her to get her happy ending. But this thing with Mitchell is hard, because she loves him, even if she doesn't want too. Corina finally decides enough is enough and decides she's done with Mitchell, that's where it's gets interesting. I loved Mitchell and Corina. Their story was perfect for them and you can't help but smile and love them at the end of the book.

After seeing sparks fly between Corina and Mitchell in Lost Love and the heartbreaking fallout in Love Profound, I couldn't wait to see what Tempting Love had in store for them. Personally I was hoping for a big ol' HEA, and luckily, that's exactly what I received! Corina has been a favorite of mine ever since she was introduced as Paxton's best friend in Lost Love. She's sweet yet sassy. She's unapologetic and fiercely independent yet willing to wear her heart on her sleeve and see the good in just about anyone. Her only problem? The one arrogant, flirty cowboy that refuses to let her heart go. When the book first begins, Corina is reluctant to let Mitchell back in, and rightfully so. He may be charming and drop dead gorgeous, but he pulled some jerky moves in the past. I appreciated that she put him through the ringer. Mitchell, on the other hand, is the typical alpha hero. He avoids relationships like the plague, refusing to let any one woman get too close. Corina, however, has changed his stance. He wants more than a relationship with her: he wants marriage, kids, the whole nine yards, and it scares the s**t out of him. Even though he did pull some nasty moves with Corina, I could understand his fear. I feel like when your as closed off as Mitchell is it's hard to let anyone in; however, over the course of the book, Mitchell begins to let go of his fear and pursue Corina. I loved when he turned to his sister and brothers for advice. It was so funny, especially when Amelia bought him romance audiobooks. The plot in Tempting Love mainly revolves around Corina and Mitchell's romance as well as furthering past story lines as well as bringing out new ones for future books. The romance was hot, hot, hot. Seriously, I don't think anyone writes romance nearly as steamy as Kelly Elliott! While I did think things moved rather fast towards the end, I still loved the overall result. Additionally, I loved catching up with past favs - Paxton, Amelia, Wade, Steed, and, most importantly, little Chloe! Honestly, Chloe still steals the show every time. There's nothing funnier than her obsession with her pet goats. Overall, Tempting Love is yet another solid addition to the Cowboys and Angels series; however, after reading the first three books in two days, I don't know how I'm possibly going to wait until April for book #4.

I am seriously in love with this series of Kelly Elliott's! I love a good cowboy story and this series is definitely full of hot, alpha cowboys with an awesome family! After the 2 previous books in the series, I couldn't wait for Mitchell and Corina's story! Especially after Tripp called "dibs" on her with Mitchell. I just knew that Mitch and Corina were destined and they needed to figure it out. Granted it takes them a little bit and there are times that you just hate Mitch for being so scared and clueless - especially since he was so obvious! I can't wait for more and see which of the Parkers is next! I hope it's Waylynn! Her sassy self kills me!

4.5 Stars!! Oh my goodness! You are going to fall in love with this romantic read! Corina Miller and Mitchell Parker had one, hot night together, before Mitchell walked away without looking back. Neither one could forget what they shared that night, but Corina couldn't get over the hurt of him walking away and Mitchell was too scared to acknowledge that the night meant more to him than just sex. The thing I loved the most about Tempting Love is that it was all about the romance and the relationship between Corina and Mitchell. There was no big, over the top drama, no threats of violence. Sure, there were story-driven characters who caused problems but only for the sake of being plot drivers. The story evolves naturally and organically without being forced. It made reading this book such a joy! Plus, we get lots of interaction with the rest of the Parker clan including that sweet, silly Chloe! (Also, kudos to Kelly Elliott for setting up future books that I can't wait for!) THIS is the perfect weekend read!

4.5 Stars Tempting Love is the third title in the Cowboys and Angels series, and is a second chance, small town love story features Corina Miller and Mitchel Parker. Both characters have appeared in the previous titles in the series, and I honestly wasn’t sure if I was going to love Mitchel, as much as his predecessors. His past actions left a lot to be desired, but in true Kelly Elliott fashion, by the end of this title I had found a new book boyfriend. This pair of characters are endearing, relatable and fallible. Mitchell Parker is your eternal bachelor, he loves nothing more than a no strings attached hook-up that is until Corina Miller. This sexy cowboy has a range of fears relating to commitment and love, but is determined to win over Corina. Corina Miller is a sweet, loyal, funny and kind, despite the fact that she is fearful of her feelings she is determined to make him work for her affections. I adore the tight knit Parker family, and I love the way in which the previous characters are intertwined into the story, and little hints are dropped throughout that give you an idea of which of the siblings will find their happy ever after, and whom with in the future. The Sexual tension between this pair is intense and undeniable and just oozes off the page. Tempting Love is an wonderfully written, inspiring, heart-warming story full of heat, heart, humour, drama and steam. As much as I’ve enjoyed the previous titles in this series, I couldn’t put down Tempting Love and read it in one sitting and it’s my favourite of the series so far. I will be eagerly anticipating the remaining titles in this series, and look forward to adding them to my shelves.

I adore the Parker family, and each and every time Kelly Elliott puts the right person in one of the Parker sibling’s paths, readers can anticipate the push and pull that’s going to happen between the hero and heroine, regardless of how opposed to commitment and relationships one or the other might be and we can also expect the other Parkers to do whatever they can to allow their sibling to have the happily ever after that s/he deserves. Book Three is Mitchell’s story and Tempting Love is the perfect title for what occurs after he spends one night/morning with Corina Miller because regardless of his less than gentlemanly actions after their encounter, Mitchell can’t get Corina out of his head and for the next six months despite his best effort to resume his normal routine when it comes to the fairer sex, he can’t escape his feelings for Corina…too bad he might have already crashed and burned without really trying to woo or win Corina’s heart. Corina is a heroine who readers can relate to, especially those readers who have given their heart to someone and watched him destroy it with insensitive behavior. Corina was invested in building something with Mitchell from the start, but their one night together and his subsequent actions after forced her to attempt to move on from her deep feelings for him, which means when he finally does come around, she’ll have to determine if she’s willing to give Mitchell a second chance when he’s already broken her heart one time too many. The fact that Mitchell has to work for another chance with Corina proves the kind of woman she is and the type of man she deserves and while she puts Mitchell through his paces, it’s also clear just how much she wants to give into her feelings for him even though she’s still recovering from the first time he broke her heart, and as mad as I was at Mitchell for his callous and clueless behavior after his night with Corina, he proves himself to her and to readers when he goes all in, working to win Corina’s heart one woo and one seduction at a time. I love the world and characters that Kelly Elliott has created in her Cowboys & Angels’ series. I feel like I’m an honorary resident of Oak Springs and a part of the Parker clan. The Parker siblings work their magic in Tempting Love and prove just how amazing and somewhat obnoxious it is to have a big, close family where there’s no privacy and people aren’t afraid to call other people out on their behavior and actions regardless of the fact that it just might be none of their business! I do have to admit that the ending seemed like it was going at warp speed when it came to Corina and Mitchell’s relationship, which made me question why everything needed to happen as quickly as it does, but regardless of my concern about the conclusion of the story, I enjoyed my time spent with the Parkers and I can’t wait to see what happens to one Parker in particular now that Harley Carbajal is back in town. 4 Poison Apples (TheFairest of All Book Reviews)

Finally, finally we get Corina and Mitchell’s story. And let me tell you, it was so worth the wait. I had so many burning questions about what happened with these two. There were so many missed opportunities and fears clouding decisions. The tension surrounding Corina and Mitchell was delicious, intense and totally undeniable. I just couldn’t get enough of it. I was dying for them to give in to what they both wanted and needed. They kept me on pins and needles and had me waiting with baited breath. And I loved every single moment of it. Mitchell is far from perfect. He’s made mistakes, and has lots of fears when it comes to relationships: fear of love, commitment, the impact of his job. He thought he was going the right thing staying away from Corina, but he couldn’t have been more wrong….Corina’s world off it’s axis when she spent that fateful night with Mitchell. She thought what they shared was magic, but fate had other plans. She tried to move on and deny the pull , but Mitchell is not the guy you could ever forget… I really enjoyed watching Mitchell and Corina’s relationship grow. They were both hurt by Mitchell’s past actions. And Mitchell had to really prove himself. I appreciated that Corina made Mitchell work for her affection and didn’t instantly forgive him. I think it really added to their relationship and made them really get to know one another. And the pull between Corina and Mitchell….it was so palpable, so undeniable. And if fate was offering up a second chance, well these two best not screw it up. Tempting Love is an enjoyable second chance romance. It’s filled with lots of love, wonderful family dynamics, and fighting for what you want. This book is the perfect example of everything I have come to know and love from this author. Kelly Elliot has once again delivered a swoon worthy romance with just the right amount of alpha and steam and a little drama thrown into the mix. I am 100% addicted to these characters and their families and can not wait to see where the Cowboys and Angels series will take us next.

Haunted by a night that never should have been, two broken hearts are figuring out how to piece themselves together again. Tempting Love speaks a language that is universal to everyone. Corina and Mitchell are mirror images of each other until it comes to love. Now they have to decide if they have the strength to build something special together or weather the heartache apart. What makes an author like Ms. Elliott a treasure is her ability to speak on subjects close to the heart with insightful humor and heartbreaking drama and come out the other side with an inspiring perspective.
