About the Author

New York Times and USA Today Bestselling Author, Ana E Ross, was born and raised on the Caribbean island of Nevis where she began indulging in romance novels at a very early age—so much so that by the time she was sixteen, she’d read every Harlequin, Silhouette, Mills & Boon, Regency, and Historical Romance novel in the library on her native island.

After moving to the United States, Ana worked as a private ESL, tutor and taught middle and high school Writing and Literature for thirteen years before resigning from the classroom in 2013 to follow her dream of writing fulltime.

Ana writes and self-publishes steamy contemporary romances featuring sexy alpha heroes and strong, feisty heroines who fight and love with equal passion. Her works include three short stories, and five books in her popular Billionaire Brides of Granite Falls series.

She is currently at work on a spin-off series—Beyond Granite Falls—featuring secondary characters from her Billionaire Brides series. The first book, Loving Yasmine will be released in December 2015. Books 2 and 3, Desire’s Chase, and Pleasing Mindy, will be released in 2016.

Ana lives in the northeast, and loves traveling, tennis, yoga, meditation, everything Italian, and spending valuable time with her daughter.

Pass on this book. No good story line. No man is going to walk in after 8 years, kiss her, find out he has a son, ask her to marry him, met the son, tell the son that he is his father, the son be perfectly happy with it and they live happily ever after in a matter of 30 min after the man arrives.

Nice story, but each page I turned counted as two, so there are only 77 pages! Im a sucker for happy endings, and this short read will give you that.

I really wanted to feel more about the characters, but it felt a little crammed. I don't even know what the characters look like and since i just finished the short either it wasn't noted or it wasn't memorable. Strong effort, just something missing.

If you're looking for the stereotypical romance, this is fine. A short, quick lunchtime read.
