I read the first book without difficulty but had to force myself to finish the second. I'm not even going to torture myself by trying to read the third book. I am a medical professional with 3 children so when I have to reread a paragraph twice just to figure out the characters are having sex there is something wrong. Books rarely put me to sleep but these are coma worthy!

Thought the author could have gone places, but never really got there. Ihave this sickness of wanting to finish what I start.  Author needs to work on character development. And on a personal pet peeve note: do your reasearch; if you have a main character with a USMC tattoo, for the love of pete, don't call him"soldier" for the remainder of the story. If you plan to write about something, be informed! Don't waste the $.

Excellent boxed set for anyone who is a fan of the new NA genre. I fell in love with Carmack's writing with the LOSING IT series, and don't plan to stop there. Whatever else she writes...I'll be there to read it. LOSING IT (little snippet from my full review): "Witty story line, romance that makes you weak in the knees, and a couple characters you just want to hug and slap at the same time." KEEPING HER (little snippet from my full review): "KEEPING HER was a quick and fun read. I forgot how much I missed awkward Bliss and deliciously sexy Garrick. But both of them pair together made for a great read and never a dull moment." FAKING IT (little snippet from my full review): "Need some romance? Well you are in luck. Carmack makes you swoon in this one. And some of that is just from the anticipation of what could happen between Cade and Max." FINDING IT (little snippet from my full review): "There is no doubt in my mind that Carmack is an author to be reckoned with. Whatever praise she gets for her books is definitely deserved."

Couldn't put the set down. Great chacters. Good story lines. Easy reading but leaves you feeling warm and fuzzy in all the right ways.

I have only read 'Faking it' so far.. When I first made the purchase, I wasn't aware of it being a series. I have to say, as someone who has never been interested in reading UNTIL the 50 shades series came out, I enjoyed it. I have converted myself back to books after reading this book. Again, I don't have very many books to go off of, with the exception of 50. I'd say my only two complaints were the grammar. There were multiple misspelled words, and words that just didn't fit where placed. Second, I was hoping for more suspense. After Max and Mace broke up, I knew exactly where it was going, what was going to happen and probably how it would end. I was right. I was hoping for more suspense at the end. It almost felt like one of those Hallmark movies that come on during Christmas time.. Its cute, its cheesy, but you know exactly how itll end. I was hoping for more to happen before 3 months just randomly passing and her saying "I love you " then BOOM. THE END. I really felt like I could connect with the characters. I couldn't put the book down.. Perhaps it was just HOPING for something more suspenseful. Sadly, I guessed it from the very beginning. I will still be reading the others from the series. I hope to hear more about max and cade.
