The Devil's Bike: A Serial Killer Prequel

In the short novella The Devil and My Bicycle there was a brief appearance of Todd the serial killer. By the time he ran across the bike rider he had perfected his trade and quite enjoyed it.
The origins of such a killer are often speculated about and written about in hypothesis. Todd's childhood may hold the secrets as to why he became one of America's most prolific serial killers or it may hold just the life of a normal child.
