This book gives 316 nuggets of wisdom. As a person who leads teams, I have not found such quick, to the point insights into being an effective leader in other writings as this one. One of my favorite, so far, "Even when you are doing something familiar, never go through the motions" POW. You could easily spend an hour breaking down each point. Great book for life.

You will not regret buying this book, in fact you should get a few extra because this is a great book to give away. I picked up 110 copies and gave to group leaders at our Church & the response has been tremendous. The fact that you can read just one page and pick up a principle that can change your life is priceless. Scott has an amazing ability to deliver truth that is life changing. This is a must read for every leader!

Scott Hagan is the name that comes to mind when anyone thinks about tweet-able Leadership. Not only does he know what he's talking about because he's lived it Pastoring mega churches and being President of a University but his heart is in it. This book is a book of poetry and a book of Psalms for leaders. No matter where your circle of influence may be this book of soundbite wisdom will surely serve you well.
