Meet the Author

I love to write and it feels like I've been doing it forever, making up stories in my head. Reading has always been my first love and I realized at an early age that a good story stays with you for a long time. Not so much the words but the sense of time and place. With so many worlds chasing through my head, I write a lot of genres; romance, suspense, young adult and urban fantasy.

I live in Australia with my partner, my children and a house full of animals.

This is my 5th book by Ms. Harper & my favorite. Loved Grace & Morvyn and the secondary character's too. Different story line - very enjoyable.

Not my favorite of Ms Harper's stories. I enjoyed the Hawthorne sibling stories the best so far. This one was interesting in that tne characters fell in love almost instantly, with only a short misunderstanding between them. Other than that, the story was focused on the situation of a friend. Some of the characters were entertaining, but there just wasn't a lot of depth. It was okay but not a story I would want to revisit.

The At Midnight series didn't disappoint!  This was the last one I read and just like the other two, I really liked it!  I loved the main character who was very stable and level headed - and she made for such a good book. Sometimes I feel like my life is boring, but that everyone around me is all messed up, and I recognized that in the main character.  Her life was small, but it was a life, and then she took a trip to visit her friends, who's life was totally messed up! It was fun to have a character and her love interest that didn't have conflict between each other, but were caught up in the lives of their friends.  It was so refreshing to have a book that didn't follow the standard.  Instead of being a cookie cutter book, this one was so refreshing with a new plot line, excellent main and secondary characters and tons of humor!

One of my favorite books. I had no idea how this would end and was pleasantly surprised.
