A hundred pages into it I have been nothing but disappointed and angry. The male characters have no form of chivalry or dignity. He practically molest the main character and then kidnaps her. Every fiber in my being sees nothing about that as romantic or exciting and everything as a violation and a complete lack of respect. It's obvious that the author has never dealt with being accousted and somehow puts a romantic spin on it which makes my blood boil and my stomach curl. If this us suppose to be romance then forget it.

About a young woman who comes from a shady background trying to survive after her father abandons her. A meddeling mother and a pig headed rancher, sparks fly between them. I really recommend this story

Didn't like the occult based theme. Good author would like to read any books that are clean.

Perfect length for free 500+ pages. This is a funny love story about a stubborn cowboy and a woman who has had to fend for herself since her youth.jas

The characters were extremely unlikable and all I wanted was to get to the end so they could be together. He was horrible to her and somehow his meanness and lust turned into love for her? She was just weak I thought and I was annoyed on how she lets him treat her, but he still is this great, loyal, honest man.....what? All in all, this was a crappy romance because there was no romance, just arguing and lust that somehow turns into true love and faithfulness....

Travis is a God-fearing, honest is the day long cowboy that is hellbent on protecting his family and his heart from this little con artist that he bullies and puts under his house arrest until he proves that she is what he believes she is in his own mind. His mother is ultimetly the bridge to bringing these two together. Rose and Travis are attached to one anilother throuhtout the whole story 500+ pages is a good love story
