It's good. Lots of information that I found useful especially for vegetarian like me. It thoroughly explains why raw foods are best and negative effects of processed foods. There's a lot here though including some of the medical reasoning for eating raw foods, ways to prepare them, and even foods to avoid. I highly recommend this book for health conscious out there.
