Even though this has an abrupt ending meant to get you to buy the second book it was at least a complete book. Decent story line and character development. Julia has to adjust to the more conservative culture of Russia's upper crust and while she does make a few error in judgement, generally she does well. Dimitry is familiar with Americans but his opinions are clouded by his assumptions and culture. Once the two of them are willing to let go and see each other on an equal basis things between them really take off. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of the series. Adult read

Julia is chosen to go to Russia for her work. Dmitry is owner of DAV mining company. They met while he was in America but she has changed and he doesn't recognize her at first. She turns him down when he proposes they spend their weekends together and work as usual during the week. But the attraction is too strong for either to ignore. Several grammatical errors. It ended too soon. Left you hanging.

The story ended too abruptly. I expected a blurb at the end stating that I could read what came next in another book.

Although the story line is good and the characters are likeable the many errors detract from the overall appeal.

I guess the story isn't bad, but someone should really do some proofreading! Not just for spelling and grammar, but also story continuity.

The word her was used for a man and made me stop reading to figure out what the author wanted to say, what a mess
