The Silent Siren: A Greenwood Mystery
"Marguerite needs you! I need you!" A plea for help from a beautiful, mysterious girl - and the touch of her soft, pink lips - turns a quest to save the local theater into so much more for Gordon Sands. What begins with a ghostly ball of light hovering over Silver Lake soon draws him and his friends, Gus and Sierra, into a mystery over an abandoned resort, a haunted showhouse and a century-old murder. Can they outwit bullies and businessmen to save the Lyric Theater from the wrecking ball, find a missing fortune and answer once and for all if movie star Marguerite Moore was really responsible for her daughter's drowning? Before there were "Phantoms in the Field House," there was "The Silent Siren."
