This short, wonderful book changed my life. It has been six weeks and I have lost q6 pounds. It tells you everything you need to know to lose weight. And this time, I think I can keep it off for good. I highly recommend it.

Don't bother wasting your money on this. Spend your money on "Vegetarian for Dummies". It has more information, nice shopping lists and recipes.

THE PROS Good basic knowledge for people are starting out in vegetarianism. Good info on food choices, vitamins, exercise choices, etc. For a starter book, this is fine. THE CONS As a vegetarian for 15 years, I downloaded this book to drop a few pounds. It wasn't meant really for existing vegetarians. No new knowledge if you're already living the lifestyle. From a technical standpoint, it only downloaded up to 47 pages (out of 82 in medium font). I've never had this issue with any other downloaded books, so it must be a glitch with the Nook version of the book. There were also some fonts that didn't translate, nor did the charts. ** With all that said, I like that the authors are trying to spread the message of good nutrition without harming animals. There are also tips on how to succeed. And hopefully, BN and/or the Publisher will be able to fix the technical glitches so future buyers will have the full download.
