Their Christmas Bride by Vanessa Vale

A Bridgewater Holiday Novella-

Allison Travers is in love with two men. Two! Quinn and Porter are both irresistible, and making a choice between them seems impossible. But she fears she'll lose the chance to decide when a malicious man seeks to force her into marriage with him by spreading rumors painting her as a woman with loose morals.

Quinn and Porter aren't about to buy the lies. They love Allison, and what's more, they both want to marry her. Allison, unaware that one woman for two husbands is the way of the Bridgewater men, soon learns of their customs. And she learns something else as well: once they track her down, these two handsome cowboys will never let go of the woman they plan to make their Christmas Bride.

USA Today Bestseller of steamy historical westerns

Who doesn't love the romance of the old West? Vanessa Vale takes the sensual appeal of rugged cowboys a step further with her bestselling books set in the Montana Territory. They are much more than just sexy historical westerns. They're deliciously naughty reads that sometimes push the boundaries of fantasy. It's pure escapism with quite a few very hot, very alpha cowboys.

When she's not writing, Vanessa savors the insanity of raising two boys, is figuring out how many meals she can make with a pressure cooker, and teaches a pretty mean karate class. She considers herself to be remarkably normal, exceedingly introverted and fairly vanilla, which does not explain her steamy stories and her fascination with cowboys, preferably more than one at a time.

She lives in the Wild Wild West where there's an endless source of 'research' material.

It was only 31 pages. Glad I only paid $.99. Unlike the other books to the series they all are $3.99 and less than 100 pages. They all have been great reads and very hot. They just all needed to be longer.

Too short

Way to short. What did the others at Bridgewater think and say? How did she truly adjust to having 2 husbands?

This was a fun sexy short story. I love vanessa Vale's short erotic historical stories. Porter and Quinn chase down Allison after she leaves town in shame and afraid of being shunned by the two men that mean the most to her. Quinn and Porter have been courting Allison for months the only problem is Allison is to innocent to realize it. They know she has not done the things being said abou her. When the catch up to her can they make her believe she's wanted bye them?

I was given a chance to read this story in exchange for an honest review. This is a very quick story taking place in the old west. I could have used more story as this really took place in one night. The heroine, Allison, does tell some of the backstory in between the present story. This is a hot menage and is about the wedding between Allison, Quinn, and Porter. I would love to read more about their story.

Not a super Christmasy story so if you aren't into a little season cheer with your hot cowboys....don't be put off by his short hot story. It is snowing and they do unwrap a present. Allison Travers not only finds both Mr. Quinn and Mr. Porter attractive..... She pictures them both when she is alone in her attic bedroom. She is being treate to marry Mr. Matthews, the man spreading rumors that were so not true.... however, she only wants Quinn and Porter.......she is a Bridgewater Ranch Man's, opps I mean Men's dream. She finds herself running away and then found by Quinn and Porter and the Sherriff and they haul her to jail! Best quotes of the book----- 'Angel, we'd have wanted you no matter what." "You would of married me even if I'd lain with another/" "............he wouldn't have truly taken you."

Its only 31 pages. Each book in this series starts the same. If you read one you've read them as all.

A nice short story. As usual with this author, I wish there was just ...more. Her regular novels are usually around 100 pages.

Their Christmas Bride by Vanessa Vale is a quick holiday read. I enjoyed the characters in Their Christmas Bride. Porter, Quinn and Allison's story is a fast paced read with lots of sizzle. This book does contain M/F/M menage so it may not be for everyone. Their Christmas Bride is part of the Bridgewater Menage Series but it can be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.

This was a quick spicy book. It had a little romance but it was all just sex except for a few flash backs for the scenes that got them to that point and time. I liked Allison, Quinn, and Porter but I think it would have been a much better book if the story took place from the beginning of when they met. The book took place in the span of a day, but it was pretty good. Don't read this if you look for a lot of romance to off set the sex scenes. If your looking for a quick and wild ride then this is the book for you.
