About the Author

British author Bibi was born in South Africa and loves to tell saucy stories with a twist. Inspired from a young age, her love for literature started with Enid Blyton and her Secret Seven. Since then a voracious appetite for books has brought her a world full of heroes, love, murder, betrayal and the odd vampire thrown in for good cause. Bibi's hobbies include consuming copious amounts of coffee and chocolate, building cardboard castles with her daughter and spending time with the laziest cat in the world.

This is the first book I have had the pleasure of reading by this author. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed this read even with the emotional rollercoaster. I look forward to reading more from this author. I recommend this read.

This set of books takes you on a rollercoaster ride of emotions as they follow the events in Taylor and Abby's lives, from soul crushing despair to unconditional joy. As they face threats and intimidation but also an all encompassing love that leads to some incredibly sexy scenes. With each book we not only see the deepening bond between Abby and Taylor despite the people intent on tearing them apart but also Abby's transformation into a Strong competent woman as her dreams come to fruition. This is the first time I have read this author and I was completely absorbed by this couple and their story and also by the unique 'thirty days' ldea. This is a set of books you will find difficult to put down. (September) Taylor's attraction to Abby is instant from the moment he saw her, he knows he should keep away but soon finds that impossible even though he knows his presence in her life could put her in danger. I love Abby's character and I was right there with her as she went from the depths of despair when she'd totally hit rock bottom and the gradual climb to becoming the woman her Nonna knew she was but had yet to find in herself. At times I was so lost in the emotions that I didn't realise I was crying till I couldn't see the words clearly. (November) With the threat still lurking in the background and the trauma she has suffered Abby tries to put her life back together and move forward, but as things start to look positive for the fist time in a long time, a new danger raises its head. Each step in this book makes you believe things are finally getting better for Abby then, bang, something else pops up to try and destroy her, lesser women would have caved by now but with the support of those that love her, what shines through is Abby's strength and determination to make her dreams a reality. (April) As Abby and Taylor try to maintain normality in their life, the strain is showing on both of them with the impending trial and with Richard doing his best to scare and intimidate not only them but his little sister too, Abby wonders if they'll ever be free of the threat, but when some new evidence comes to light they realise this may just be the turning point they've been desperately hoping for. This book keeps the emotions rolling throughout, you can't help but feel the despair and fear as well as the anxiety throughout the trial but also the deep love that Abby and Taylor share. (June) Just how much more will Abby and Taylor have to deal with ? Quite a bit it seems, the tension in this book holds you in its grip as the drama spirals out of control leading to its dramatic and deadly climax. I think it's clear from the storyline that someone is going to have to die but who and how many ? Is it really possible for Abby and Taylor to have a future where they and bean are totally safe ? It doesn't appear as though that is meant to be !

Very good story and characters. Sex scenes became tedious and even boring as they tended to detract from the story. Needs another good edit to fix a lot of minor mistakes. Would give it a three and a half if I could. Still a very good enjoyable story despite its flaws.
