Kathryn Le Veque has done it again! Why do I love Kathryn’s novels? Well, her stories are always filled with tenderness, passion, intrigue and action. She is an amazing writer with captivating words that will leave you wanting more. TO THE LADY BORN is the beautiful story of Weston and Amalie. Their story will not leave you indifferent to the fate of women during medieval times. Lots of strong and high emotions that will get you pulled into their journey. The story begins as Robert De Vere, the Duke of Ireland flees for his life, leaving his sister, Amalie behind at the mercy of his enemies, where she is attacked physically and mentally. Enters Sir Weston de Royans, a pious and compassionate knight, who will protect her from her abusers. But in doing so, they will start to trust each other and slowly fall in love, but at what cost and peril? Breathtaking intensity between her two characters! Kathryn is a high quality writer who knows how to pull you in her story with words flowing. If you love medieval historical romances, then this book is perfect for you.
