About the Author

Emleigh has always been a romantic at heart. She grew up in the big city of Des Moines, Iowa as the oldest of four kids. While she didn't live on a farm, and in fact has never even been on a farm - she knew that every place had a purpose, every person had a story. She wanted to tell those stories about all those places and people. And while she was at it, give them all a happily-ever-after to boot.

As life happened, she put aside her day dreams of writing those stories, but they were never too far away. 20+ years of marriage and two kids later, she decided it was time to put those stories on paper.

Besides writing, Emleigh works a full-time job in a boring office but is still married to her wonderful husband with a beautiful daughter in college and a genius son still at home. In her spare time, Emleigh reads obsessively - romance, of course - and spends time with her family.
