Born toward the end of WW2 in the small village of Castel Condino high in the Italian Tyrolean Alps. Spent the formative years with the family living off the land, attending to crops and animals, at 11 years went to live Trento, Italy, with the Capuchin Monks a minor order of the Franciscans.
