Coco Tavonesi is a photographer trying to get her book published. She helps a Women's Shelter but her ex-boyfriend had lied and stole money from her. Evan is great with computers but unable to feel comfortable around people because of his early family life and boarding school experiences. Coco meets Evan while asking her brother for help when her computer crashes. Evan would like to meet her so he offers to help her. He doesn't want her to know who he is so he gives her a fake name. While fixing her computer he notices a code that he has seen before but can't remember why. He decides to return the next day to get it and analyze it. Coco invites him on a camping trip so she can photograph more pictures for her book. They are enjoying themselves and working through their feelings of not trusting people. Meanwhile someone tries to hack into Evans company computers. He recognizes the code he has seen on Coco' s computer but doesn't understand why a arms dealer would try to get on hers. Coco explains that her father works security for the Italian government. Will he be able to solve the mystery before it's too late? An exciting book of adventure, intrigue, mystery and romance. Well written and a great read. joy943

**Advanced copy provided by the author in exchange for an honest review** What a pleasure it is to go back and visit the Tavonesi family! I remember back to when the first book in this series caught my attention a few years back and the stories and characters continue to entertain and enthrall me. Coco Tavonesi is an heiress. It's one of those things that is known, but she often times wished it wasn't. For once in her life she'd like to make it on her own merits and not on her name or what members of her family did before her. Coco's dream is to publish a book of her photography and while she's on the way to accomplishing that - on her own and without the help of her powerful family - she ends up running into computer trouble that might manage to derail the whole endeavor. Evan Forbes does not like the limelight. While he's been successful in the tech world - to the tune of billions - he has gone to great lengths to make sure he's not searchable on the internet, that no photos are available and he's rarely seen in public - in a nutshell he's a recluse. He's looking to make changes in his life, but he's not sure where to even begin to make it happen. When Coco and Evan meet on a garden tour, Evan is thoroughly taken by the beauty that is Coco. When she ends up having computer trouble, Evan offers to take a look, not only because he knows he can help her, but also because he wants to spend more time around her; the only catch is he doesn't reveal his true identity. As the two begin to spend more time together, they begin to form a bond that neither expected. With the threat of a hacker infiltrating Coco's computer, the fact that Evan is hiding his true identity and demons from Coco's past rising to the surface once more, will these two reluctant lovers find happily ever after in one another's arms? I loved this book and more importantly I loved the way Pamela Aares wrote it. The characters are strong, well developed and the hint of mystery in the book kept my attention throughout. I've enjoyed this series from the beginning and this is another standout addition to an already wonderful collection!

Although Evan isn't the type of hero that I usually read about, I ended up really liking him. He is socially awkward when it comes to relationships and struggles to find the right words when he is around Coco. I loved their journey, awkward moments included, and didn't want the book to end. I would love to read more about their life together.
