Could not recommend, portion sizes are weird and recipes were not really worth, too standard for my taste, solif nutrition information paired with the meal plsn was severely lacking and I don't see how anyone could survive on this. ;( I wished it would be better because it looked absolutely promising.
Would pass. Although food is yummy, and prep instructions are included, it's not a clear prep book. Portion sizes are weird and many method steps are unclear. Also would like to have macros included, as this is essential for me in any 'meal prep' book.
