Although I am not a vegetarian, I love the recipes in this book, they are quite delicious. This is a great resource for anyone who is considering going vegan- at any age! There are wonderful recipes and menu planning tips. It's more informative and comprehensive for the mid-lifer, looking to make an ethical change of lifestyle and healthcare.
