The Long Commute

Woke up late

Not this again

Jump out of bed

Heart pounding

So late!

Drag on some clothes

Commute across the hallway

Turn on computer

Log on

I need coffee

Rush to the kitchen

Dodging rubbish along the hallway

Turn the jug on

A watched jug is never quick

Made it, with 20 seconds to spare
