Fonda J. Royster, MA, is an accomplished author and social service leader from Toledo, Ohio. As the founder of Open Arms Transformation Living (OATL), she has dedicated her life to uplifting at-risk youth, drawing from her experiences as a survivor of unaccompanied teen homelessness. With degrees in Social Work, Sociology, Human Services, and Addiction Counseling, Fonda brings a unique blend of expertise to her role as CEO of RESA Solutions and Executive Director of OATL. Recognized for her impactful work, she has received numerous accolades, including the African American Minority Health Community Action Award. Fonda's work continues to inspire community action and transformation, one life at a time.
