At the time of the Revolution, Wenham, Massachusetts had a population of about 700. Two hundred twenty-two men and boys fought on behalf of the town. Most were residents of Wenham but some were residents of neighboring towns. Wenham in the Revolution tells the story of how our town responded to the events of the period. It is a companion to Wenham Soldiers & Sailors in the Revolution, which provides genealogical identification and service records of each of Wenham's servicemen.
