This is a fantastic book! A friend found an article on the web by Terri and I read it and really related to it. I followed up and bought the book and I'm learning so much. There are numerous scenarios where multiple viewpoints are shared and it really helps me understand what might be going on or what I might want to approach differently. So glad to have found this book.
