 Ruby Raynes, a former horse trainer, has also worked in real estate and the legal system. Ruby is serious most of the time then suddenly funny or even silly. She can change subjects three or four times in one conversation. It's stimulating to have someone that can keep up with her. 

Since her debut series "Zala Ra Quina (Queen Dragon) and "The Heart of a Dragon" the literary journey has grown into fourteen novels and still growing.

Now retired Ruby lives in the South Plains of Texas. Ruby loves horses and enjoys spending time people watching, which usually inspires another novel.
