Women in the First World War

Mothers. A queen. Nurses. And so many more. While these women may never have met, they were all part of something far bigger than their selves. They all contributed to the Great War, the first World War, or World War I. Whatever you call it, the vast majority of the reports, articles, movies, and books about the war focus only on the soldiers, the men at the front lines. This book contains interviews with several women who served in the war in various capacities.
