Not the book I inteded to get but still helpful

I was looking for a book to learn about NLP and building rapport, i'm not entirely sure what made me get this one. At first I was upset at my choice but I had already read some of it and didnt want to return it. I have stared to read even more of it and even though it wasn't what I wanted I can still apply the techniques and theories to my life. She took a semi complicated subject, that I literally failed to understand in a college course, and made it SO much simpler. I am only a quarter of the way through it but think its already making a difference for me. Overall I would recommend this to someone looking to build their skills as a therapist or life coaching.
