FROM THE NEW INTRODUCTION

Obama presents an image of a man wholly unfazed by the debt crisis. This leaves conservatives, and a growing number of independents, scratching their heads wondering how any president could so zealously obstruct the reforms necessary to save the nation. More and more Americans are wondering whether Obama is merely incompetent, or if he’s following some kind of Machiavellian scheme to deliberately damage the nation’s financial future.

. . . To assume Obama has the best interests of this nation at heart offers little comfort. For regardless of his ultimate motives, one thing is clear: he is pursuing an agenda that, unless reversed, will destroy the nation. The inescapable fact is that Obama is an incorrigible leftist ideologue who is unable to comprehend the glaring signs that his policies don’t work.

    Top notch

Mr. Limbaugh's new book is a well researched and scholarly written indictment of President Obama's assault on the Constitution and the American way of life. Should be required reading in all our High Schools and Universities.

    Brainwashing with bleach.

I try to look at all sides of things because truth is found in the nuances in between each side. Sometimes, though it's hard to find facts without the rhetoric. This is again the case. Reading this you feel the tug on your arms as it tries so hard to convince you without full fact. It practically screams "Believe only what I have to say, everything else is wrong, bad, and will destroy the whole world!" Too much! Such strong attempt at brainwashing makes me question, why are you trying so hard to convince me? Why the hardsell? Could it be because it's really not as bad as you want me to think it is? Hmmm... perhaps. But this book is unfortunately as bad as it gets. Makes me wish I could get a refund on my download.

    loved it

Very east to read, very well documented...almost 100 pages of references. I'm a news junkie but there's tons of information I never even heard of. David Limbaugh has another winner.

    anonymous?

I did not read the book, but that doesn't seem to have prevented some of the anonymous reviewers to post their negative reviews.
Its funny how all the negative reviews are anonymous and most resort to name calling instead of any sort of explanations as to why they think it belongs in a trash can. Being that it is an 'anti-Obama' book written by a conservative, of course it will be filled with conservative or right-wing ideas and rhetoric. Just as a book written by a left-wing or liberal about Bush will be filled with the same kind of material or rhetoric, just with the left side viewpoint.
I highly doubt the majority of those commenting negatively even read the book given that they would have to give their money to that which they hate so vehemently. Am I going to read the book? I doubt it because I have other more important things to spend my money on. My main point is that I don't think its fair to post an unworthy, short, name calling review that skews the rating system because you hate something so much. I'm amazed at how divisive this country has become over the years. Its scary.
Since I didn't read the book but I have to rate it for the review, I am giving it a middle of the road 3 stars.

    Well Researched

Limbaugh has done a fine job of penning a well researched and very readable book about the man who is currently residing in the White House. He covers it all, from Obama's evident narcissism to his insolent treatment of any American who dares to disagree with him. Every action of Obama's that is written about by Limbaugh is well documented, with 98 pages of footnotes, making it possible for the reader to examine those sources for herself. Crimes Against Liberty is a must-read for anyone who cares about freedom and who wishes to keep The United States of America the "land of the free and the home of the brave."

    Absurd right wing crappola

No support for accusations. Footnotes are non existent because there is nothing to any of this. People like d-bag lindbaugh can't name a single example of how Obama is taking away our liberties. Save your money and read a newspaper or do some web research to find out for yourself that this is total bunk.

    Cheaper for the Kindle!!!!

I had to give this book three stars as I am not finished with it yet. However, I am reading this book on my Kindle. My review is along the lines of cost. Why is this book $10.42 on Nook and only $3.86 on Kindle. Barnes and Noble better wake up. I am always finding books cheaper for the Kindle than the Nook.

If you haven't read the book, don't bash against it simply because of the title and overview. I'm excited to read it.

Why does the truth stir up so much anger and fear in liberals?

As you can see some only write reviews based on the title. Focusing on the word indictment. Then ranting about GWB being charged. with war crimes for protecting the nation! Then using the weak argument 'since everyone else has government run healthcare then so should America'. America has always stood alone in the world as a nation of freedom and individualism, not a collective. Just as Limbaugh says, these socialist policies of Obama's like ObamaCare will bankrupt the nation while driving down the quality of what used to be the best healthcare in the world.

    more from this reviewer

    A book for knee-jerk Bill O'Reilly followers

Even the title involving 'indictment' is absurd. If Obama should be indicted, then George Bush should stand trial for war crimes along with Cheney. This book is without any merit or credibility. I am sure most of the people who liked this book also have no passports. America stands alone among Western nations in not having national healthcare.

WOW !!!! Please Read And Recomend The Book To Everyone You Know

I truely wish that there was a way to get every single person in the United States to read and understand what is writen in this book. This is the first time that I have been able to find this much information about this administration in one book. Do not let Obama and his flunkies continue to get away with this stuff. We as Americans are not being represented by this administartion. We are being lied to about everything on a daily basis and this book goes the extra mile to prove it. Great writing and fact finding that everyone can understand. Thank You Mr. Limbaugh T.L. in Texas
