I’m an old man who is ever so astonished by the human brain. In my long life I have owned many businesses; from a potato farm, a pumice mine, and a gold mine; to a casino, an insurance company, and a bank. I knew very little about the products of these many companies, with the exception of an acting school, but I was smart enough to hire brilliant people to make my ownership delightful.
While seated, use these fourteen Muscle Memory exercises to tone your muscles and reboot your brain.

I think that this is a very creative method for improving your body and mind at the same time! The best way I can explain it is that it combines affirmations and with muscle fatigue. I tried it and it is working in surprising ways. A long time ago I remember that Suzy Prudden combined exercise with affirmations but Alexander Pope's method is more intense and I believe more effective.
The author fails in his objective to provide uplifting affirmation throughout the book. His writing I found to be rather crass. I gave it one star for his effort as he did try to tie in the importance of concentrating while exercising. If you can see the forest thru his trees perhaps you'll gain something from this book. Otherwise, don't insult yourself by reading this.
The methods proposed might do more harm than good. Eg, over-training; or worst, self delusion. Linking thoughts to physical pain is a bad idea.
