This is the WORST cookbook every, and I love cookbooks. I grew a bunch of zucchini, bought a spiralizer and needed a good cookbook. This is NOT it. There is no order to the recipes. They are grouped by gluten free, paleo or vegan/vegetarian and in those categories the recipes are just thrown together with no order. In addition, the recipes are HORRIBLE. No butter, creams, etc. are used. TERRIBLE COOKBOOK!! I'm donating it and I haven't even had it for 30 days..... Find another cookbook!
