About the Author

Dick Logue is the author of several diet-friendly cookbooks and has been following a heart-healthy lifestyle for decades now. Content gets four stars, e-book format gets two stars. I like the receipes but this is not in the expected format for a Nook, it is rather like reading .pdf pages which, for me, involves a lot of enlarging and scrolling to be readable.

Husband and I are both diabetics and my husband also has a heart contition. With this book we have lowered are sugar levels that the doctor is happy with. I also use the Heart helathy books of Dick Logue. The taste of his recipes are great. It took my husband almost 4 months before he realized that I had changed my way of cooking. So even the picky eater will be happy.
