Excellent Book !!!! There’s an interesting story behind this book. I ordered a few books for my daughter and the online bookstore accidentally sent this book out. At first, I had every intent to return it and decided to keep it. After reading it, I must say that this is fantastic book with life strategies that keep you engaged in self-improvement. Since, I decided to keep it, I had to send the bookstore the money which was no problem. It looks like I made out on this buy. It’s a true “Must Read”.

This book is an invaluable collection of the author's musings on happiness and how we can achieve it. The author talks about innovation, perception, being a leader rather than a follower, procrastination and paying it forward amongst other topics. It certainly makes you think and analyze your life.

What does it take to be truly happy? Writer Sherrie Lynn addresses the true meaning of happiness, right at the beginning of the book, “An Author's View on Happiness!” She asks, 'what's more important: the amount of money you made during your life or the times you laughed out of sheer joy?’ I have been focused on making money throughout my adult life, while I work hard, I’ve never been completely or truly ‘happy’, as there is always a work issue bothering me or a deadline to worry about. So I was interested in Sherrie’s book, and it certainly made me rethink my life. As Sherrie says, happiness is about doing and making the best out of every single moment, making the best out of every single thing. So how does one get happy? Don’t let automatic negative thoughts affect you. Be innovative, carve your own path in which only your own expectations matter, not what others want from you. Sherrie talks about how to build self-esteem - stay away from negative people. Don’t be a zombie -live by your heart! The book is full of such wonderful gems, and there is just so much that I learned from it. Great effort by a talented writer.
