Melissa Foster is one of my favorite authors. She has a passion for writing that shows in her books through her words and amazing characters! In Anything for Love I immediately fell in love with Charlotte an erotic romance writer and Beau a rugged (and handsome) handy man that comes to work on the inn that Charlotte owns. This book which came out at the end of June is the second in The Bradens and Montgomerys: Pleasant Hills-Oak Falls erotic, romance series. I absolutely loved this spin off of Melissa Foster's Bradens at Pleasant Hill series. You can absolutely read this book on it's own without having to have read the first one. However once you do I'm sure you will go back and read it like my sister did.  The attraction between Charlotte and Beau is immediate but Beau is haunted by the loss of his first love. This book is a story of regret, romance, second chances, and most importantly love. I absolutely loved how encouraging and uplifting this story is. The characters are spirited, inspiring, and very real. When it comes to the romance, it's captivating and super spicy. Which is something that I have come to look forward to in Melissa Foster's books. If you are like me and enjoy a great romance book this is definitely one you will not want to miss. I am already looking forward to the next one!

5 Star review of Anything For Love (The Bradens & Montgomerys (Pleasant Hill - Oak Falls) #2) by Melissa Foster This is Beau Braden and Charlotte Sterling’s story. Charlotte is an erotic romance author living a lonely life in her family’s inn, her only romance, the people she writes about. Beau is a man shattered by his past, he is on the brink of stardom about to start filming a home improvement show. When Beau agrees to do some work on Charlotte's Inn before he leaves, he has no idea just how much that decision will change his life. Neither Charlotte or Beau are looking for a relationship, too badly hurt by their past. Struggling to meet a deadline, Charlotte asks Beau to help her with some “research”into sex positions.Throw in handcuffs, blow up dolls, some other toys and you can be sure that there will be some laughs. The chemistry between Charlotte and Beau was sizzling and as they get to know each other, they slowly but surely become aware that feelings are becoming involve, even though they are both terrified of what could happen. I particularly enjoy, Ms.Foster’s style of writing and cannot wait to read more in this series. Will Charlotte and Beau be prepared to take a giant leap of faith and perhaps finally find their happily ever after? One click now and find out.

I listened to the audio version of this book. I was immediately drawn into this book. From the description of the house the heroine lives in to her running around in the woods trying to round up her "chickendales". Charlotte is quite the character. She absolutely has no shame...and it was wonderful! Beau is a guy who is running from a traumatic event in his past. He's there to fix Charlotte's house with his "big ladder", but Charlotte may actually be the one to fix him. Great interaction between these characters. His reaction to some of the research she does to help with the writing of her erotic novels was hilarious. I loved the humor in this book! This was my first experience with the narration duo of Ava Erickson and Zachary Webber. I thought it was excellent!

Anything for love is the second book in The Bradens & Montgomerys (Pleasant Hill - Oak Falls) Series. The series title is a mouthful, but what matters is the inside and that's pretty good. To be honest, when I finished the book I went for the 5-star rating, but now as I am processing things, I feel like 4-stars is the best rating for the book. It had some great qualities like Charlotte and her blow up dolls and it also had some not so good qualities like the zero drama and lack of a wow factor. To say it plainly the food needed more spices and I am not talking about the lovemaking scenes. I feel like something is missing and it's what the book needs in order to be perfect. I cannot say that the writing quality has decreased a lot and I understand that the author cannot always write books that will be perfect to me. This one was good though. I liked Charlotte and Beau's relationship. Their chemistry was amazing and they managed to work in sync. I also liked how Beau was taking care of her and he understood that when she needed to write, she was going to be in her writing room without paying attention to him. He is the ideal partner for her. Charlotte was a lot of fun with her blowup dolls and her habits in general. If she was a person in real life I would want to be her friend.

Anything For Love is the second book in The Bradens and Montgomerys Pleasant Hill - Oak Falls series by Melissa Foster. I love Charlotte and Beau they are so sweet and amazing. I loved Charlotte when I first met her. Charlotte is a writer and owner of an Inn who specializes in events. Beau is a man with a hard past. Beau is closed off in more ways than one. Watching Beau come out of his shell and dragging Charlotte out of the Inn to see other parts of the world around her is amazing. The spell they wrap around each other is astonishing. I can not wait to see what else this series has in store.

Holy Smokes! Filled with sweetness and love and some really steamy moments, Anything For Love by Melissa Foster is the perfect read to start your Summer. Charlotte and Beau are perfectly matched in this newest Foster release and their love is what dreams are made of. There is more internal angst in this story than there is external angst, with both Charlotte and Beau each working on things in their pasts. Anything For Love is a heartwarming story, maybe even more heartwarming than other books in this series. I think on some level the fact that both characters were isolated, each for different reasons and in different ways, allowed this story to tug at the heartstrings a bit more. As for the steam factor, Foster has brought her A-game and given Charlotte no limits as a romance writer and Beau the tools necessary to bring her to her knees. The book’s sweet moments balance the heat and make these characters pop off the page. Another must-read from Melissa Foster. 5 Stars Heat Level: 3.5-4 Stars Beau as a BBF: 5 Stars

I loved everything about this book. The humor, the banter between characters, and story. The chemistry between Beau and Charlotte was strong. I couldn't have picked two better matched people. I was hooked on this book right from the beginning. It also had me laughing right at the first meeting of the Beau and Charlotte. One of my favorite things was Charlotte's love of fairytales. Those moments in the book were magical. Charlotte brings light and life back into Beau's life. Only question will he accept a future with Charlotte when his past still haunts him. The last chapter was perfect and I couldn't have asked to be ended any other way.

I can always count on Ms. Foster and her wonderful words to save a horrible day. When I want to escape from the world, Ms. Foster has created the perfect world to fall right in to and forget reality. It is so wonderfully heartwarming to be able to count on a really good HEA that leaves you with the warm and fuzzies. Anything For Love is just another in a long line of Ms. Foster's books that accomplish that. Beau is what you would come to expect of a Foster hero and you will fall in love with him like all the rest. Charlotte is possibly one of the most fun quirky characters I have read in a long time. While Beau and Charlotte have a very opposites attract thing going for them, they are broken in a way that only the other can heal. I really enjoyed the added bonus of this book being so much fun on top of romantic and steamy. I can't wait to see what Ms. foster comes up with next!

An unexpected romance that compliments each other! Anything for Love is the second book in the The Bradens and Montgomerys (Pleasant Hill - Oak Falls) series. This book drew me in from the very beginning. It is a story full of romance, humor, and some heat. A well-written story with a plot that moves at a steady pace with a fresh, new story line that is easy to read. It is captivating and kept my attention to the very end. This is a story that will make you smile and laugh. Definitely a book that gives you all sorts of emotions. I found the female completely unique and very different from most females I know, however this made the story enjoyable to me. Charlotte was funny and her own person and didn’t seem to have a care in the world. Beau and Charlotte were definitely a good fit for each other. The characters are well developed and easy to like. This author knows how to create a story with enough romance and action to keep the reader entertained and interested. The characters in this series have become like my own friends and family. I can’t wait to read more in this series to see what happens with the rest of the characters. Melissa does a great job of intertwining the characters from each book into the rest of them. You get a new story with a little more of the future of the characters you have read about previously. I have said this before but Melissa never fails to keep her books interesting, entertaining and captivating. They always make me want to go find another book of hers to read. The stories just get better and better. Anything for Love is another book from a very gifted author that I had the pleasure to read. Melissa Foster is a very talented author that tells remarkable stories that captivate you and will have you not wanting to put the book down. I have not been disappointed yet! Definitely, an author that you will want to keep on your go-to list. If you enjoy reading a romance that is entertaining and full of humor, then you will thoroughly enjoy this book and series. This series will leave you wanting to read more!

As you might know, I may have a small addiction to romance books and that Melissa Foster is one of my favorite go-to authors because everything she writes has been amazing. Well, she has a new book out called Anything for Love and I was lucky enough to get to read it and share my opinion with you all. I can honestly say this story is my favorite that she has written. All girls dream of a fairytale love story with tons of hot romance and that’s what Beau and Charlotte are. Beau and Charlotte are completely the opposite personalities and people in general. Beau is a strong workaholic who never dreams or fantasizes. He’s been hurt and has loved and lost and can’t come to terms with the guilt he has put on his shoulders and he doesn’t want to even try. He is safe, protective and, of course, a sexy handyman. Charlotte is an erotic romance writer with handcuffs and blowup dolls. She is obvious to others comfort zones or privacy. She is completely open, sensitive and dreams of fairytale endings. She leaves doors open and unlocked and she walks around in whatever she is in to inspire her mind for her books. She is not shy and isn’t afraid to tell you everything and anything. She has no filter. Beau is drawn to her and is baffled how this little disorganized sweet innocent woman walks around without a worry in the world. He wants to protect her but falls head over heels for her and she is able to break his hard locked up guarded walls to the ground. They are perfect together. I love the fairytale feeling of the story but the twist and turns of reality. A knight or prince is out there for all of us and that is amazing. I definitely recommend this book. The lovemaking scenes are hot and the story is addicting. It’s a four stars/ 2 thumbs up from me! Get it today!

There’s always divine timing that puts someone exactly where they don’t want to be at the exact moment they don’t want to go anywhere- or so they think. It’s happened to us all, getting a little universal shove forwards when all we want to do is sit back and watch- which doesn’t ever happen. No, we get that shove that lands us where we need to be at always the right time, we’re just fickle people that like to disagree until things click into place. That’s what happened in the book of Anything For Love by Melissa Foster. Beau is on the verge of a break through in his career, but his painful past is darkening all too fast around him. Unable to really clear his head or focus past the memories and guilt weighting him down he agrees to work on an old inn which promised some good solitude that he needs. When he arrives however solitude is nothing what he was going to get. Instead of being alone with his thoughts Beau is facing a beautiful , charming innkeeper that he can’t seem to walk away from. Charlotte Sterling has had her share of pain and sorrow, losing the last of her family member she retreats for good in her family home in Colorado ready to start her forever life as single. Keeping busy with her writing, Charlotte wasn’t looking for anything but a quiet peaceful life all by herself, but that all changed when Beau Braden walked into her life. Intrigued and unable to look away or let alone stop fantasying about the handsome man ,Charlotte is rethinking her solitude lifestyle all together, there’s just one problem- Beau isn’t looking for any love in his life. Charlotte wasn’t looking for love herself in anyway but love sure found her when she least expected it. As the two spend some more time together and some heated evenings spark up they both find it difficult to walk away. There is no denying their growing connection and passion but is it enough? Can two broken hearts help mend each other? Or were they meant to be alone with their own painful past? You will have to read Anything for Love to find out! Another great heartwarming story by Foster, she did a wonderful job with Anything For Love. I highly recommend you check out any and all of Fosters book if you enjoy a nice romance.

Beau has always tried to escape his feelings of loss and guilt and has accepted a job to fix up the Sterling House inn, this is where he meets the elusive Charlotte. Charlotte has gone through her own loss and found therapy in writing her erotic romance novels. The only place you’ll find Charlotte is in her Inn, writing and completing hands-on research as best she can. Neither Beau nor Charlotte know what they signed up for when Beau arrives to complete numerous repairs. Charlotte find herself intrigued by Beau, and him distracted by Charlotte. The more repairs he gets done, the more he wants to know about Charlotte and the more he slowly opens up to her. Seclusion, a hardworking and hard-bodied man, a creative erotic writer, all a recipe for a hot romance. Once again Foster does not disappoint and has you longing for just a fraction of the romance this pair experiences Disclosure: At my request, I have received an advance copy of this book for review purposes from Beck Valley Books Book Tours. I am not being financially compensated for this post, all opinions expressed are my own honest opinion. *An advance copy of this book was provided to me, at my request, for review purposes only, all opinions expressed are my own*

She is a writer of erotic romance hidden away in her grandparents hotel. They has died and she was still feeling guilty about it. He is running from his past-but when asked to help repair damage done to one of the rooms by his relatives he agrees. The place is a shambles--he is OCD--she is anything but--He started fixing everything he found wrong--not only that one room! She just kept typing away. She had a deadline to meet and she couldn't get her muse back--until she realized he was her muse. That's when things got kind of hot and heavy-and quirky. You see she totally believed in fairy tales, and all around her proved it. Can a fairy tale loving happy smiling author get her muse to forgive himself--can she even get him to talk about it? If you have read any of Melissa's other books--you know there will be a happily ever after-- A wonderful tale of two damaged people healing each other!

Do you ever feel like things come into your life at a certain time for a reason? I have contemplated getting serious about writing my own book and lo and behold; we have Charlotte. Miss Exotic Romance Writer herself. I loved reading about her quirky ways (and of course getting a sneak into her process) but the chemistry between her and Beau is what really pulled me in. Both Charlotte and Beau had their own baggage – similar, yet different – that they both handled differently, but I feel they also helped each other deal and heal with it years later after the fact. As typical of Melissa Foster men; Beau was the big bad muscle man who wouldn’t let anyone in, but Charlotte was able to melt his walls and their connection was amazing – even from the start. (Beware, you will smile to yourself like a goofball because their shared moments were cute and quirky and fun – even for a big bad muscle man!) As always, I am a huge fan of anything by Melissa Foster and her romance stories are just what the doctor ordered. All of the books can be read as a stand alone, but personally; I prefer reading them all because we get to check in with different family members as the stories continue and this one was no different! (This story took us back to some of our original Braden’s that I have missed ever so much!) I will never not recommend a Melissa Foster book. It’s just not possible because with each new book, I fall more in love with her writing and her characters!

I have another favorite author!! This was my first Melissa Foster title, but won't be my last. I'm so happy I 'found' this author. Can't wait to get started on all of her books! Gosh...where do I begin. What a great read! Beau has loss in his past. He needs some time away and something meaningful to do. His family means well, but no, just no. Charlotte also has loss in her past. She is quirky, lives life full out, and recently relocated to her deceased Grandfather's Inn. Beau's need for closure and Charlotte's need to move forward make this a must read. The interaction between Beau and Charlotte was fabulous...so much chemistry. I love how they treat each other. You see Beau blossoming as his relationship with Charlotte grows, and Charlotte is in her element, living her very own HEA...and not just one in her head! PLUS...blow up dolls...not kidding, this was so great! You need to read this book.

Fun contemporary love story! This is a perfect summer read. I have been waiting for Charlotte's story and Beau is everything that I hoped her one and only would be. Neither one was looking for love but they stumble into it together. Will they be able to heal from their traumatic pasts to move on to their future or will it pull them apart. Melissa's characters draw you in and her vivid descriptions pull you in to the story and don't let you go until the end. This book has it all comedy, heat, heart and drama.

This is the second book in the Pleasant Hill - Oak Falls Series and its just as good as the first book!! Another great HIT from Melissa Foster. It has all the usual things we have come to love and expect from a MF Book along with something different, the Heroine is an Erotic Romance Writer and OMG Charlotte is the quirkiest funniest Heroine I have yet to come across in any book. I loved her from the beginning - I loved how lost she got writing and finding her words, I loved how she named all her research partners and has plenty of toys to add into the scenes she acts out. Then we have our Hero "baffled and burly" Beau who comes to Charlotte's Inn to do some repairs, he has a lot of issues from his past he is still trying to deal with and that can make him come across a little rough around the edges, but the way Beau loves is with his whole heart and it definitely shows in the book. These two totally compliment each-other, and bring out the best in one another. Their journey of finding their HEA is one I will remember for a while and that's the best part of reading books. It was a sweet funny read, a bit emotional but overall 100% sexy and enjoyable. A definite #MustRead for all Romance Lovers out there!!!

As with any of Ms. Fosters books, this one did not disappoint. I have read almost all of her books, save for one series, and I can't recall any one of them that I wasn't super happy I read and that I absolutely loved! She definitely has a way with words! I thought this book was a good old fashioned romance that had a couple who is defined as "opposites attract"! Beau was thoughtful and romantic when it came to Charlotte. I have a feeling Ms. Foster might have been able to connect with Charlotte while writing her more than almost any other of her females in her books, simply because Charlotte is also an author! Charlotte is used to spending more time plotting and in her characters heads, while living off some not so healthy choices, but Beau brought her back to reality by the things he did for her!

I always love Melissa Foster’s novels, however, this one really stands out to me. The storyline was so unique and different compared to other novels I’ve read, and I remain in awe of this amazing author that she just continues to crank out new and exciting ideas. The woman is a machine! Her writing is flawless and she has an uncanny ability to pull her readers into the story and make them feel as if they are right there with the characters. Anything for Love is different, nostalgic, special, and at times, almost magical. As like her other novels, this can be read without reading the first in the series, it will still all make sense. Whether you are a loyal fan of Melissa Foster or have not yet read her wonderful books, this is a definite must-read that will leave you feeling hopeful with a very happy heart.

Anything for Love (The Bradens & Montgomerys [Pleasant Hill - Oak Falls], #2) by Melissa Foster .. I'm in love with this book... Charlotte Sterling ..exotic romance writer...lives alone at Sterling House her grandfather's inn..no family left..... Beau Braden... can't forgive himself after his first loves dies in a car accident...a handy man who fixes up houses and sells them.... this story had me laughing out loud from the first and both Charlotte and Beau are wonderful ... this book has all the feels and I shed a few tears and loads of happy ones at their HEA. I want my own "chickendales".... can't wait for TRAILS OF LOVE Graham Braden and Morgyn Montomery's story.

Melissa's books have always found a way to capture my heart and Anything For Love is no exception. Beau is super dreamy and written in such a way that I could envision every detail as though he were right in front of me. But this time, it was Charlotte who really stole my heart! I giggled like a school girl at her personality, actions, and swooned at her fairy tale dreams. She is so spunky and full of life despite all of the loved ones she has lost. She has an inn full of potential with the perfect fairy tale cottage to live her dreams in. When Beau walks into her life, she is wrapped up in her writing that it doesn't occur to her that her blow up dolls and handcuffs are "odd". What Beau doesn't realize is that those dolls and handcuffs, along with the gorgeous Charlotte, are going to open his old wounds and heal them. But is he truly ready to give up that Braden stubborn streak to start over with Charlotte?  I have volunteered to share my review and all the opinions are 100% my own.

Anything for Love is the first of the many books published by Melissa Foster that I have read. A romance with humor and lots of sex. I found myself laughing at parts like the “Kiss, not cock.” line and the blow-up dolls. The story was entertaining and touching at the same time. Charlotte Sterling is a writer of erotic romance, yet a believer in real life love and romance. Beau Braden is haunted and guilt-ridden from a loss of a woman he loved. I enjoyed the story and the characters. Loved the fairy-tale like editions to Charlotte and Beau’s story. I did find the many characters from previous books a bit distracting. Perhaps, I would have enjoyed their inclusion if I had read some of the books they were previously featured in. That said, I hope to go back and read some of the earlier books about the Bradens & Montgomerys.
