Oh my gosh, I think this book is awe-inspiring! Apple Cider Vinegar Diet For Weight Loss seems so easy to follow it's almost mind-blowing. Five different ways to lose weight with this diet…not only is that impressive, so is this book, period. I learned so much from Ms. Samons in a short amount of time and it's all astonishingly e-a-s-y! I have to tell you, I am one picky eater and just the thought of something so painless, with absolutely no effort, has me excited…and lucky me, I already have Apple Cider Vinegar on hand! Ms. Samons gave me knowledge in a quick, concise, well-written book that has me eager to get started. I almost overlooked this book and that would have been my own humongous mistake. My metabolism has been slow and I've tried a lot of things, as I'm sure a lot of people have, but nothing has been this easy, believe me!
