Most Helpful Customer Reviews
I bought this book for one of my nieces. I really liked the colorful illustrations and the fact that she was a girl and a farmer. I also liked that the book takes you through all the steps of growing the apples harvesting the apples using the apples to bake and cook with and taking the apples and baked goods to the market to sell. I'm a teacher so I liked the educational aspect of that. The book also includes recipes. It turns out my niece loved the book so I bought two more copies to give to my other two nieces for Christmas and another copy for my son when he's a little bit older. He's only 16 months so its a little old for him now. In terms of age ranges I would say probably 3 to 6 would be an appropriate age range for this book.
