Biopolitical Empire

The free flow of information provides the Citizen with circulative transparency of all social, economic, and political Biopolitics. Empire is a network in which Citizen is a node, while each node autonomously works to collectively build the network. In each of these nodes, the norm makes up the element of social conductivity. Taken as a whole, the police of Empire are found in every Citizen, while this network's activity is will-to-power.
