Hot stories, great value! So far I've only had a chance to read a couple of these stories and wow are they great! Plays With Fire by Elle James This is a great cougar story (older woman/younger man). Lola Engel is a widow who has the hots for firefighter Chance Grayson but she's not crazy about Daniel Flannigan who seems to show up with Chance every time Lola calls 911 for help. Flannigan has about had it with Lola crying wolf for help when she doesn't really need it. He's determined to give her a piece of his mind but ends up giving her something else instead. This story is hot! Bountiful Lust by Delilah Devlin Delilah Devlin is the queen of short stories for good reason. She writes super steamy quickies and Bountiful Lust carries on with that tradition. Told in first person from "Buttercup's" perspective this is about two bounty hunters who get more than just the fugitive they were after. Strong female and hot as fire sexy time. A little bird tells me this could be the start of a new series. Bring it on, Delilah!

This is a fun collection of short stories/short novellas that follows blue collar workers. Each story is by a different author and suitable to read in a single sitting. I've read, and loved, many books by some of the contributing authors, so I was really looking forward to the anthology. For me, the weakness in this collection is also its greatest strength. Each of these stories can be read in a few minutes - suitable for the beach or when you don't have time to delve into a longer novel. However, because these are short stories, there's not much depth to the characters or tales. My recommendation is to take this book along with you to the beach as it is the perfect vacation read.
