This is an excellent book for beginners just starting into Extract or experienced All Grain brewers. By covering each style, the author(s) walk you through a little background of each and what specifics make the style special. These are tried and true award winning recipes that can be followed or used to modify with personal tastes. I keep mine by my easy chair and frequently use it when formulating recipes. There is also suggestions of hops substitutions and brief intros into brewing techniques. This book is a must have and the one brewing book that I have that I reference continually.
