This is my latest book on how to use AA principles to improve your character, the caveat being that this method is only for the truly desperate who have lost all because of their impulsive, compulsive and obsessive personality. Absolutely not for everyone, this book can only help those with an immense desire to change their life around. Incredible results have been experienced by millions of once desperate people who used this method of recovery. However their success was acquired only because of their horrendous dilemma and overall failure with life. They were highly motivated to do what it takes to get these results: (1) a new freedom & happiness, (2) no longer regret the past or feel sorry for themselves, (3) experience serenity and know peace, (4) see how their life experience and failures will help others, (5) feel useful and confident, (6) have fear and insecurity leave, and (7) gain a new and improved outlook and attitude about life.
