About the Author

Gordon Robert Abrams is a singer-songwriter, guitarist, Irish and rock flute player, artist and author. Over the years, Gordon has performed in rock and ceili bands throughout the Northeast. Some of Gordon's favorite writers include Joyce Cary, Gabriel García Márquez, and Tom Robbins. With a BA in Literature from Bennington College, Gordon grew up in the suburbs of New York and lived in New York City for much of his life. He currently lives in Vermont.

This book is amazing! I am a voracious reader, a former librarian, and Charon's Ferry by Gordon Abrams ranks right up there with all the best fiction. The characters are vividly imagined, and the author's voice resonates with adventure throughout the story. You will not be disappointed!
