About the Author

Riccardo Dalle Grave, MD, is Director of the Department of Eating and Weight Disorders at Villa Garda Hospital, Verona (Italy), where he has developed the CBT-E for adolescents with eating disorders recommended by many international guidelines.

Carine el Khazen, PsyD, is a clinical psychologist. She has set up and is Director of the Weight and Eating Disorders program at the American Center for Psychiatry and Neurology in Dubai, UAE. She is a CBT-E therapist, supervisor, and trainer.
