We've acquired an 8-acre parcel in Ira Township, a suburb of Detroit, Michigan, situated in proximity to Algonac, Michigan, renowned globally as the founding site of the Boat manufacturer Chris-Craft in 1874, which maintained its headquarters there until circa 1969-1970.
We build a 1.5 story House that is an amalgam of the Cape Cod, Traditional, and Country architectural styles; with a 1.5 Story Semi-Detached 5-Car Garage and Workshop that is a total of 5,750 square feet.
