"Dad: My First 100 Days of loss" chronicles the first days following the sudden loss of my father. I share the hurt and immense agony I felt each day during this time. This journey started with the loss of a major character in the story of my life and ended with me learning so much about myself. I hope that by sharing my thoughts and process for trying to come to terms with the passing of my father I can help at least one person understand that whatever they are feeling is okay.
