As a young woman from Brooklyn, NY I wrote this book in my bed day and night throughout the Covid-19 pandemic of 2020. I found myself stuck in my own thoughts. In this confusing world. I thought for endless hours that I could never get out this funk. A overflow of depression and drowning in anxiety. I found myself in my phone, in my notes, writing out prayers for friends as well as myself. Turns out those prayers turned into this book. Turns out I didn't just write it for the people I knew....
