Until now, most of my favorite recipes have been off the internet. The only book that I keep in my kitchen, that I recommend that anyone that loves to cook should have, is called Conquer Your Kitchen by Chef Jai Scovers. It's a cookbook recipe guide that I absolutely cannot live without. It will help you cook everything and I do mean everything. Then, I discovered this book and I have been in love with everything from the Smashed, not mashed, potatoes to the cabbage and apples recipes. Always a surprise. Always a delightful experience. I highly recommend it.
