Frankie O'tay is a Killer. Self-raised on the deadly streets of Memphis, our seventeen year old murderer finds him trying to make a name for himself by taking a contract to kill a local attorney but finds himself smack dab in the middle of the largest crime syndicate in town. He falls in love with the bosses daughter and plans on taking over the business.
