Dust of Sand and Stars

Xalli Nesawalkoyotl (Suzanne Araceli Thiele) is the author of this collection of poems and was originally inspired by Sufi mystical poets. She is also a tía, alumna of the London School of Economics, Iraq War Marine Corps veteran, trauma survivor, and teacher. While completing this work she was in Mexico City learning Nahuatl, the language of titles in this book. It was widely spoken across Mesoamerica before Spanish arrived, and miraculously it survived. Believe only in miracles or they win.
