All the recipes in this cookbook that I've tried so far have been awesome. The blue berry muffins are the best I've ever had! I'm a new vegetarian and not much into cooking, so finding a cookbook that was easy and didn't take much effort to make good food from was high on my list. This has been perfect for me. I would recommend it for anyone, meat eater and vegetarian alike!
