Everything Melissa Haag writes is fabulous! I eagerly await the last book of the Judgment series, but these male POVs are great to read in the meantime. Emmit is such a nice guy, Jim is such an awesome character, and Michelle is so sweet. If you haven't read any of Melissa's work, start with Hope(less)! If you are familiar with this series but haven't read her other work, check out Touch (I LOVE Touch!!!!).

If you have enjoyed the series, you should also enjoy the companion stories about the men in their lives. Emmitt has just left military service and not ready to return home and pack responsibilities. Stopping for lunch, he sees his future mate walking toward him. He sees how tired she is and start thinking how to approach her. As he waits for her to go to her car, he realizes she has more problems. Read this book to find out what it takes to claim her.

I love this whole series the companion series really sold me into reading it actually. It's great being able to read both character views on this case multiple characters. My only hope would be to learn more about the elders :) oh and also please don't let these characters stop at the judgement series. :)

I received an ARC of this book for an honest review. This is another fabulous book from Melissa Haag, so good I couldn't put the book down & stayed up late into the night to finish. I highly recommend this YA werewolf series, "Judgement of the Six", you'll understand this book a little better if you start with the first book "Hope[Less]" or the companion book to "Hope[Less]", "Clay's Hope" as told from the man's point of view). This is the companion book to "[Miss]Fortune", ("[Miss]Fortune" is told from Michelle's point of view, while "Emmett's Treasure" is told from Emmett's point of view- of the same story). There are so many details that aren't seen from the woman's point of view, until you've read it from the man's point of view in this series too. I think I almost prefer the men's point of view. Don't pass up the companion books thinking it's just the same re-hash of the story, you learn way more details from the men's POV in my opinion. Knowing what's going on in his head makes you love the werewolf/man all the more. There were a few surprises in this book, that I did not expect from reading all the other books in the series as well. Wow! Can't wait for "Luke's Dream" coming next! I reccomend all of Melissa Haag's other books as well (I've got them all so far). Excellent reading, highly recommend!

Emmitt's Treasure is the companion novel to (Mis)Fortune. I'll admit that out of all the companions, I thought this one would be the most redundant. However, that did not change my excitement of reading it because of Melissa Haag's writing style. Emmitt falls for Michelle much harder and quicker than I interpreted from her story, and his love and devotion are beautiful. Melissa also threw in a few surprises and confirmed some suspicions. Another awesome read and swoon worthy werewolf!

Emmitt’s Treasure is the companion novel to (Mis)fortune, book 2 in the Judgement of the Six (Jot6) series. This book is told from Emmitt’s point of view. Usually, I am wary about alternate POV books, because it sometimes feels like I am reading the same book. However, Emmitt’s Treasure was refreshing because though the basic story and events were the same, there is a lot more insight the reader gains from Emmitt’s experiences. I am never disappointed with Melissa Haag’s books, and I really, really want you all to give her books a read! I have read & reviewed all of the Jot6 series & more, so check those out to see if it is something you are interested in. You definitely need to have read, Hope(less) (ebook is *free*) and (Mis)fortune, the first 2 books of the Jot6 series, to really understand what is going on in this companion novel. But while you are at it, grab Clay’s Hope, the first companion novel in the series because hot damn it was pure perfection (and *currently* a free ebook)! Emmitt and Michelle are one of my favorite couples in the Jot6 series, so getting into Emmitt’s head was so awesome. Never once did I think I could love Emmitt more, but alas I do. *Swoon* He is just a perfect alpha male, even if he isn’t sure being an alpha is the path he would choose for himself. It really is such a wonderful change of pace to read a sweet, passionate, protective, and of course strong alpha male. It literally had my heart pounding from reading what his feelings for Michelle were like for him. Luckily for Emmitt, his mother is human, so he knew that Michelle would need time, and the mating bond would not be as intense for her as it was for him. I give him so much credit for trying and waiting as long as he did to tell Michelle what he was, why he knew she was his mate, and how he would do anything to protect her from the trouble she was fleeing from. Even though I knew the story in and out, Emmitt’s Treasure told me so much more. Now I actually feel a stronger connection to Emmitt and Michelle. I also loved reading and having a greater comprehension about the wolf pack. This book has given us readers more interactions with the other wolves and the pack overall, which in turn gave us a broader understanding from the wolves perspectives especially when it came to compatible humans. Plus, we now get to hear the inner monologues Emmitt has with Nana Wini first hand. And of course a lot of wonderful, playful, and very discerning moments with Jim, everyone’s favorite brother. Jim became more of a presence in this book. He got a lot more ‘screen time’ than we did from Michelle’s POV, and I can guarantee this book will make you fall in love with Jim as well. It is really hard to keep this spoiler free because I just want to gush about the happenings and discoveries that vary from (Mis)fortune, but there are a few more things you need to know: 1. Bake some cookies or buy some to have handy while you read, because the entire time I was reading I wanted cookies! 2. There is plenty of story that we did not know and I would never miss the chance to know more about Emmitt, Jim, Nana Wini, and the rest of the pack! So worth the read as an alternate POV book! 3. I had a grin on my face like the entire time I was reading. This book is a lot of fun! 4. Jim has become even more solidified in my head as one of the best side characters of this series! I need him to get his HEA. I really, really need this to happen!

I LOVE this book!! And I would like to say that even thought this book is about Emmitt, this book made me LOVE JIM!!!! Jim is Emmitt's brother if you are not familiar with the book. His is so funny!! Jim made me laugh out load multiple times through out the book. This is the second book in the companion series and so far it is my favorite. It is so great to see the male side of the story. I really like to read Mis(fortune) and Emmitt's Treasure side by side, so you can get the full story!!! I can' wait to read all the Judgment of the six books and the Companion books as well.

Emmitt’s Treasure by Melissa Haag is an awesome addition to the Judgement of Six Series providing readers with Emmitt’s version of what occurred during (Mis)Fortune, which was told from Michelle’s point of view. As in (Mis)Fortune, the main characters are Michelle, Emmitt, Jim, Nana Wini and Michelle’s little brothers Aden and Liam. If you loved these characters in (Mis)Fortune, you will love them even more in Emmitt’s Treasure (ET)! Melissa reveals more information about each of the characters in ET and we get to see sides of them that we had not in the other book. I loved Emmitt in (Mis)Fortune. He was sexy, caring, sweet, funny, devoted and patient. He went out of his way to do everything he possibly could for Michelle and her brothers. In Emmitt’s Treasure, Emmitt is SO MUCH MORE! Wow, what a great guy! I liked seeing that he had a difficult time dealing with things and was not perfect. Michelle is a terrified 19-year-old girl running away from dangerous people with the sole responsibility for caring for her two brothers and keeping the three of them safe. She is sheltered, brave, beautiful inside and out, frightened, caring and determined. We also got to see her through Emmitt’s eyes, which was awesome. Jim. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE JIM! I liked Jim in (Mis)Fortune. He was the funny, diversion that you just had to love. In Emmitt’s Treasure, we get to see much more of Jim and it was AMAZING! Jim is very smart, caring, sweet, loveable, determined, funny and amazing. I loved getting to know more about him and I want to see much more of Jim in the next books. The book flows nicely between action and building romance. It also incorporates background information into the story smoothly. Even though I knew what would happen, I found myself routing for Emmitt and being devastated when things did not go as he hoped that they would. I love companion books when the first book is written from one point of view. They provide insight into the other side of the story and this one gives the other side of the story and additional information that left me stunned! I highly recommend this book and I can’t wait for the next in the series! Five STARS * * * * *

Man. This book was amazing. It was romantic and interesting and captivating. It will hold your attention from the very first page until the very end. It isn't a simple retelling of Michelle's story; there's so much more here. Emmitt is a much more complex guy than he seems in Michelle's book. In Michelle's book, she's so busy worrying about Blake catching up to her that she doesn't exactly consider what Emmitt's up to. Here we see, and he is not idle. He's a prominent member of the pack. He also has a lot of wooing to do in order to get Michelle to open up to him and trust him. It's almost exhausting hearing about, but it's also sweet and endearing. We also see lots of Jim and Nana Wini (with lots of funny moments). Any expectations you have coming into this story will be surpassed.

I have loved every book written by Melissa Haag. This one is no exception. It would have been easy to just retell the story from the male perspective without adding anything new. This book did not take the easy route. It offers additional, previously unknown, views into the pack interactions and the many individuals who work tirelessly to make the pack a success. I highly recommend this latest installment as it is a must read in my opinion.

Well Melissa has done it again, another fabulous book. The judgement of the six books are so great. They take a popular genre and make it new. This is not the average warewolf book. These are books you will read over and over again. I highly recommend this series. Now about this book. Emmit's Treasure goes hand in hand with (Mis)fortune, Michelle's story. It covers the same timelines, and gives you Emmitt's pov. But It does so much more. You get a better understanding of Emmitt and his parents expectations of him, you get to watch through his eyes as he gives everything he has to get the fear to leave Michelle's eyes. You also get much more insight into Jim and Nana Winnie. Turns out Jim isn't just a goodball, he has a serious side too. This is a must read. Teaser: cookies!!!! You will not want to put this book down!!!!

I have come to expect a certain quality of work from this author, and I was not disappointed!! Melissa Haag promised and delivered exactly what I had hoped this book to be! This book is the companion novel to the second book in Ms. Haag's Judgement of the Six Series, Misfortune, which is my favorite book in the series so far, so I had high expectations for this book. I laughed, I swooned, and I fell in love with this character all over again! Not only that, but you also get to see more of the interesting and hilarious personalities of the other characters, such as Nana Wini and the ever lovable and beloved Jim!

Like with other Melissa Haag books you are entangled in her story from the first moment of reading. This book is the story of Michelle and Emmitt out of Emmitt's point of view. I like how she writes and if you are also an Melissa Haag fan you won't be disappointed! There are a lot of funny moments with Jim! A wonderful book! Once started I couldn't put it down! A real page-turner.
